Changes
Hello Southernistas! If there is one thing I’ve learned in these crazy times is that change is continuous. The saying the only constant in life is change is so, so, so, so, so true! If nothing else 2020 showed how quickly things can change and we have to be willing to adapt when we can! Change is never easy.
This year I turned 50! Yes it is my year of jubilee and I’ve definitely had to get use to the changes that 50 has bought to my life especially as a woman. My body is certainly going through changes (hello hot flashes)! As I look over the last few years leading up to 50 I’ve certainly experienced a lot of changes some good and some not so good but I have faced each change life has brought with some fear but a lot of anticipation and excitement.
So embrace change! Don’t fear it or fight it but embrace it…alllll of it with fear, expectation, and excitement at what change can bring to your life!
