December TBR — Christmas Edition

Hello book lovers and friends! Again I wish you a happy December! I am so excited for this month as a reader there are so many bookish things happening! Today kicks off the Cozy Mystery Club’s 12 Days of Cozies! If you want to know what it is you can go to www.cozymysterybookclub.com for more information. This is something I look forward to every year as well as all the events Facebook groups have and some book bloggers host too. The authors are all so generous with their time and the giveaways are amazing and I’m not just saying that because I won the complete Seaside Café mystery series three years ago!

Another big thing I look forward to are the Christmas cozy mysteries! There are so many great Christmas cozies that come out every year and it is not easy for me to sit on these books and wait until December to read these books I’ve been holding on to for months. Once November arrives I begin to create my two TBR piles one pile is all Christmas cozy mysteries and the other pile are Winter themed mysteries with a Spring or Summer mystery mixed in because before December ends I am already pining for warmer weather.

This year my Christmas TBR has five books but that number is subject to change meaning I could add to the pile. I hope one of these books peaks your interests and you decide to check out one of these authors!

I’m kicking off my Christmas reading with the forth book in the Tita Rosie Kitchen mystery series by Mia P. Manasala Blackmail and Bibingka because I didn’t get to read it last year.
