Fall Fashion with Lane Bryant

Hello Southernistas! I hope each and everyone of y’all is having a great week. Well it is the first full week of fall and it seems summer is not lingering this year. We’re experiencing cool temps here in North Carolina when I’ve got used to it being still in the 90s or at least high 80s but it seems fall is eager to be seen and felt.

As I’ve stated about a million times this is not my favorite time of the year in fact I am already counting down to Spring/Summer but the one bright spot is the fall fashion and that is something I look forward to each year. Plus my shoe loving heart gives a little leap when boot season arrives and I get to oh and ah over boots weather they be ankle, knee, over the knee or thigh high I am all about the boots.

Brands always start rolling out fall looks in July but when you’re experiencing 100 degree weather the last thing you want to look at is pre-fall anything but I must do my due diligence. One brand I always look at is Lane Bryant and I especially look forward to seeing what pant sets they are rolling out and I am rarely disappointed.

My first fall purchase was this cute pants and faux crop top that screams fall. The pants are pull on so no zippers or buttons and they are the perfect length and the top has adjustable straps the back is completely smocked so lots of stretch. This print really gave me 70s vibes and reminded me of the floral print that was so popular during that decade but I didn’t feel matronly at all. Please don’t be afraid to wear a bold floral.
