Giving Thanks

Hello Southernistas! So next week is Thanksgiving which is a time when we stop to take moment to give thanks to God for all we have. This Thanksgiving just seems extra special because you know 2020 and while we are still dealing with COVID this year we are able to gather with family, friends, and neighbors instead of over zoom and all the other ways we can now connect thanks to technology. For some Thanksgiving is spent serving at rescue missions and homeless shelters and other organizations with those who don’t necessarily feel like they have anything to be thankful for.

I know I should be talking about fashion but for me it’s all about comfort so I usually spend it in a t-shirt dress or leggings and a t-shirt so nothing fancy which is how it should be.

So weather you are traveling or staying put or helping at your local homeless shelter I pray you enjoy your Thanksgiving surrounded by those you love and giving love.
