Happy March everyone! I hope y’all took advantage of February 29th and had a lot of fun and if you are a leap year baby I hope you enjoyed your birthday!
There is so much that happens in my 2nd favorite month besides all the beautiful flowers and full trees it brings. This is the month that Spring arrives and all my thoughts turn to Spring fashion and shoes so you know I’m hunting all my favorite brands as they drop their Spring collections. My best friend’s birthday is in this month.
It is also the month we celebrate women since March 8th is International Women’s Day and the whole month is Women History Month because in the words of Beyoncé girls run the world. Take this time to learn all the contributions women have made and continue to make to society.
Of course who can forget we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day March 17th and I have my green ready to wear and my St. Patrick’s Day theme cozy mystery ready to read. Last year I dedicated the whole month to reading books set in Ireland and had a blast and I plan to read more books set in Ireland again this year with the exception of Murder at the Blarney Bash by Darci Hannah which is set in Michigan.
