Author Spotlight — Tonya Kappes
Happy Friday book lovers and friends! I hope y’all have had a good week and if you live in the part of the country where it has been 100+ degrees I hope you were safe and cool.
It has been a while since I did an author spotlight and I promise to be more consistent with my Friday Author Spotlight post. I want to turn the spotlight on the amazing author Tonya Kappes is the author of the Campers & Criminals mystery series (most popular), Killer Coffee series, Holiday Cozy series, Kenni Lowry, Magical Cures and several other series.
I discovered Tonya Kappes two year ago through one of the cozy mystery blogs I follow which lead me to get the first book in her Campers & Criminals series set in Normal, KY where nothing is normal Beaches, Bungalow, & Burglaries and fell in love with her main character Mae West and the Laundry Club Ladies.
I absolutely love this author her main characters are strong, smart independent women and very southern. The stories are funny and one you start reading you will find yourself up until the wee hours because you just can’t stop reading. Her side characters are just as interesting and the mysteries are well written and you will find yourself laughing at loud throughout the book. All of her books are offered in Print, Digital, and Audio.
