Wednesday Reads -August TBR

Hello and happy Wednesday book lover and friends! Well August is here and I hope your July was great in every way. Since I did my July reading wrap up last week let’s just jump into what I’ll be reading in August.

So this month I’ve decided with the exception of book club picks (and what I am currently reading) to dub August Ellery Adams month! Ellery Adams is an amazing cozy mystery author of several series. My TBR for the month of August consist of reading three very popular cozy mystery series by Ellery Adams who is an amazing writer. Ellery’s mystery are a little on the darker side but still very cozy and I have been a long time fan of hers.

The first series I read by Ellery was her Books by the Bay series which I am sad to say has ended and this month I will finish reading the remaining books in the series. This series is set in my home state of NC on the coast in the fictinal town of Oyster Bay, NC. The main character is Olivia Limoges who has come back home after the death of her mother and father as a child. She was raised by her wealthy maternal grandmother. When I first started reading this series it took me a while to warm up to Olivia because she started off very cold and aloof. She is a aspiring writer and savvy business woman who owns…
