Wednesday Reads — May 17th
Hello fellow book addicts! I hope y’all’s week is going great and you’re reading a great book. When it is not raining here in North Carolina I’m really enjoying the sunshine minus the humidity but I know that want last. I’ve really loved seeing all the prom looks this month and I work for a university so I really enjoyed everything that lead up to graduation.
To all you moms I hope you had an awesome and relaxing Mother’s Day! I certainly did my daughter treated me and my mom out to dinner Saturday and cooked Sunday dinner for us which was delicious. I treated myself to lots and lots books (and shoes) as a gift to myself because my daughter feels like I have too many books, shoes and clothes to which I respond there is not such thing as too many!
I think I mentioned in my last post that I was so caught up with the Coronation of King Charles III or as I called it Coronation Fever that I completely forgot that May is AAPI Heritage month so I adjusted accordingly and added some of my favorite AAPI authors to this month’s TBR.
