Wednesday: What I’m Reading/Read
Hello fellow bookworms and Southernistas! I know it’s Wednesday but I thought I would jump on the what I’m reading or have read Wednesday band wagon. I read a lot of book reviews/recommendations on Medium but I rarely read any cozy mystery mystery book reviews or recommendations. I mean I did a blog post in January about my favorite cozies or 2021 but nothing since then and I read a lot of cozy mysteries! My TBR pile is not shrinking and I dare say there will probably be a stack by my bedside when I leave this world…LOL!
So first for those of you who don’t know what a cozy mystery is it is a sub-genre of mysteries that usually take place in a small town, no graphic violence, no profanity, and no explicit sex scenes. Agatha Christie is generally considered the grand dame of cozy mysteries.
Now to the good stuff!
